Bespoke Projects & Timelines
Every project is designed individually around your brand, goals, and assets. Scope, pace, and budget are calibrated after a short discovery call and a written brief. Timelines shown above are typical ranges; actual schedules depend on concept complexity, approvals, and production logistics (studio/location, talent, set build, copy, music/licensing, etc.).

We’ll map a clear milestone plan

(pre-viz → production → edit → delivery) and keep you updated at each step. Rush options are available when feasible.

Visual Production Spaces

  • Short Session — 2h — one space, 1–2 looks (studio or outdoor)

    Half-Day — up to 4h — one space / 1–2 looks

    Full-Day — up to 8h — multi-space production

    Extended — 10–12h — complex setups & set build

    Pre-Production — concept, moodboard, shot list

    1 visual space, 1–2 looks, pro lighting, guidance, proof gallery, 15 edited images.
    Studio option:studio hire billed at venue rates (typical £35–£120/hour in London) and added to the invoice.

    Half-Day — from £800 (4h) — 20 edited images

    • Studio Day — from £1,600 (8h) — 30 edited images

    • Editorial / Brand Set — from £3,100 — 40+ edited images, team coordination

    Included: lighting architecture, capture workflow, secure online delivery.
    Add-ons: extra edits £15/image, HMUA, styling, set build/props, assistants, location fees.
    Notes (UK): travel within Greater London included; outside GL billed at cost. Studio hire varies by venue and availability; we book and pass through at cost. 50% retainer to secure date; VAT invoicing available.

  • 1 hero image: 24–48h (Rush 12h +30%)

    Up to 15 images: 2–4 business days

    16–60 images (editorial/campaign): 5–10 business days

    Complex compositing / CG: 7–14 business days (quoted on brief)

    Workflow & delivery: colour-managed, non-destructive; delivery as 16-bit TIFF + web JPG (layered PSD on request).

    Clean Edit — £25/image — exposure/colour, crop/straighten, basic skin & dust cleanup.

    Beauty / Portrait — £60/image — texture-preserving D&B, flyaways, tone unification, eyes/teeth, BG tidy.

    Editorial / High-End — £120/image — advanced shaping, ethical liquify, colour styling, micro D&B.

    Complex Composite / CG — from £220/image — multi-plate compositing, set extensions, matte elements.

    E-commerce / Catalog Retouch
    (background replacement/cleanup, white/neutral background unification, colour balance correction, dust/sticker/defect removal, crease cleanup, tone consistency; light shaping/liquify if needed)

    • 1–100 photos: £15–£20 per image (complexity-based; delivery/approval cadence set to your urgency/SLA)

    • 100–200 photos: £10–£15 per image with consolidated billing. Files may be delivered in batches, but the agreed total remains unchanged.

    • 200+ photos: custom quote (based on brief, background/shadow specs, colourway requirements).

    Add-ons: layered PSD +£5/image, background extraction +£10/image, colourway variants +£8/variant, brand LUT/grain match +£5/image, on-set RAW/capture consultancy £350/half-day (London).
